After commending all that duty and affection bind me to pray for entered on another days probation had some sweet converce with a christian on the love of God in Christ at half past 10 the steem vessel left us haveing crossed the flats at 5PM came to anchor in about 15 fathoms water in the downs in the evening, assembled the officers and apprentices for prayers, read a chapter in Proverbs and commended ourselves to God.
