This 24 hours clear and plesent weather we held a
prayer meeting before breackfast in the forenoon hoisted
the Bethel flag and many attended Mrs Birdseye the
only female desiple again Captn Martin with some
of the crew allso attended the text was from Luke 12th chapt
7th verce in the afternoon Jones & Glansford and myself
went on shore and in the bush by the sea side we
powered out our prayer at a throne of grace and
was refreshed in the wilderness in the settlement they
had the coulours flying and the fidle playing and dancing
selebrating a sailors weding Captn Martain had maried
them one of his crew to one of the emigrants
In the Eg we assembled a few in number the text was
gen 4th chapt 26th verce I found it a solemn and good time
Mrs Bear our passenger is quite deranged we pray for her
